I used to skip workouts if I did not have a full hour to get to the gym. And honestly I rarely had a full hour.
So many days I did nothing.
If your schedule is anything like mine, it is easy to fall into a pattern of waiting for the right time that never really comes.
Yet just 8 minutes of focused movement can trigger a real metabolic response, helping you burn fat, build muscle, and feel more energized.
Now I think in terms of exercise snacks, small intentional bursts you can do anytime almost anywhere.
