When I tell people I reversed my biological age 15 years (and yes I can see and feel the difference), many are skeptical. Some think I’m vain. Women in particular ask me why would I want to extend perimenopause and the 50+ symptoms? My answer is I no longer have any negative symptoms, and what I've done to make that happen is something you can do, too.
