Hello Reader. Happy Solstice. This is a turning point to reflect on the past year, embrace the holiday season, and reclaim what's most important to you.

1. A New Beginning

As of Monday, December 15, I have formally resigned from my startup, Reve Health Inc. I still believe in the mission and the vision and am thankful for all of our incredible members. I am so happy to have met such incredible people and learned so much, but it is time for me to live my life for me. I am moving back to Massachusetts and can't wait to reconnect with those who understand why I needed to do this.

2. Life Direction Sessions (Limited Time!)

I'll be creating something that is much closer to my passions, experience, and life stage soon.

In the meantime, I was asked by some friends to help them apply the tools I use myself to define goals, prioritize my time, and recalibrate. I am pleased to announce my new life direction session--a temporary bridge while I build a new program for women over 40. This is at a very special rate for a 1:1 session.
